This is unique and is used in areas where loads or on the lower side. Electronic systems use thermoelectric refrigeration. In this system no water or refrigerant is used but a thermocouple.

Some commercial setups will be happy with having the evaporative coolers or swamp coolers, but high-end hotels, restaurants or entertainment may not do with them.
